At 1440 hours a box alarm was dispatched to 3024 Brightseat Rd. in Company 33's first due for a reported apartment on fire.  Engine Company 33 arrived to find smoke showing from the second floor of a garden style apartment building.  Truck 37 arrived ladder the roof and sides A and C.  The interior crew opened and found extension both vertically and horizontally.  All searches proved negative and the incident was scaled back to 33,37 and 22.  The truck returned to service in just under two hours.
