Engine and Truck Run 8 House Fire
11/13/20 – 8 Box – 6200 Block of Foote St.* For the third time in two months, the infamous Foote St. was the location of yet another working fire. Engine Company 37 and Truck Company 37, with a total of 8 volunteers were dispatched for smoke coming from the top of the home. The Engine company was dispatched as the third due engine, arrived as such and took the hydrant on the alpha side of the structure. The crew stretched a 150ft line to the rear and stood by per orders of command. The truck company arrived shortly after, laddered the structure and removed bars off of the window’s. The incident was quickly scaled back to hold 1:1, returning Company 37 to service.
